Ceylon Airport Taxi is a trading name and is not currently a registered company in Sri Lanka. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Terms mean Ceylon Airport Taxi.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ceylon Airport Taxi. By contacting us, requesting a booking, or using our website, WhatsApp, or phone service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before booking a trip with us.

2. Our Services

Ceylon Airport Taxi provides airport transfer, islandwide transportation, corporate travel, charter, and event transport services in Sri Lanka, arranged through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, and fulfilled by our network of professional drivers.

3. Bookings & Pricing

We provide a fixed price quote based on the pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and passenger count you give us at the time of booking. This price will not change on the day of travel unless the details of your trip change — for example, a different destination, additional stops, or waiting time beyond what was agreed. Any such changes and their cost will be confirmed with you before they’re applied.

4. Payment

Payment for your trip is arranged directly with us or your driver, using the method confirmed at the time of booking. We do not currently process card or online payments through our website.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by contacting us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Whether a cancellation fee applies depends on how much notice you give us and any costs we’ve already incurred (for example, a driver already on the way to your pickup location); we will confirm this with you directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, to treat our drivers with respect, and not to use our website or contact channels to transmit harmful code or interfere with our operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Ceylon Airport Taxi name and branding — belongs to Ceylon Airport Taxi. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We take reasonable care to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ceylon Airport Taxi’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant trip.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
